After the PIL petition was filed and notice has been issued on it, it was directed to be heard along with another Public Interest Litigation No. 23 of 2014. We are of the opinion that both have served their purpose and necessary legal action has been taken. In the event there is anything, in relation to which action has not been taken, it would be open for the PIL petitioners to move the competent criminal court by filing a private complaint. 3.
