In this Official Liquidator's Report (OLR), the following directions are sought :

"a) In view of the paragraph (6) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Ex-Directors of the Company (In Liquidation) to deposit the proportionate amount of Rs.39,612/- each (Rs.39,612/- X 4 Ex-Directors = Rs. 1,58,447/-) to the Official Liquidator towards the outstanding advertisement charges within one week from the date of the order. Further, the Official Liquidator may also be permitted to pay the said amount to

This Court is informed that by an order dated 20th July 2023, a statement was recorded on behalf of the Ex-directors that they would deposit the amount as prayed in the above quoted prayer clause. The amount has been deposited and therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the official liquidator seeks permission to make payment to the advertising agency engaged by the office of official liquidator, as per bill at page 18 of the OLR. 3.

This Court is convinced that the directions sought by the official liquidator deserves to be granted.

Accordingly, the directions sought in prayer clause (a), quoted herein above, are granted and the OLR stands disposed of. MANISH PITALE, J.
