The Petitioner had made complaints as regards functioning of the Respondent No.2 Society to the authorities. The said complaint was it seems forwarded to the Deputy Registrar, G South Ward, Mumbai for inquiry. The Deputy Registrar, G Sought Ward, Mumbai has conducted an inquiry at the behest of the Petitioner, as the Petitioner wanted an independent inquiry officer which fact is recorded in the letter dated 22/06/2015 which is addressed by the Deputy Registrar, G/South Ward, Mumbai to the Chairman/Secretary of the Parsee Central Association Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. The Deputy Registrar, G/South Ward Mumbai, vide his letter dated 24/09/2015 addressed to the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai City (I) has given his observations in respect of each of the items which are contained in the Petitioner's complaint. It seems that the District Deputy Registrar, Mumbai City (I) has not taken action one way or the other in respect of the said report dated 24/09/2015. We therefore deem it appropriate to direct the District Deputy Registrar, Mumbai City (I) to consider the said report and take appropriate action one way or the other either exonerating the members of the Managing Committee of the Society or such other action as he may deem fit. The same to be done within 8 weeks from date and communicated to the Petitioner at the Petitioner's address. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. The said letter dated 22/06/2015 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

The learned AGP Shri Sayed would communicate the aforesaid development to the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai City (I) forthwith.
