This group of petitions involve similar issues. Some of the petitions were to come up on board on 24th November, 2018. Learned Advocates for the parties, however, requested that the same may be taken up today. We have accepted the request and got the papers called before us. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that after filing the petitions, the Competent Authority

has withdrawn the impugned orders passed under Section 179 of the Income Tax Act, 1961. He, therefore, sought permission to withdraw all the petitions. Permission granted. Petitions disposed of as withdrawn.
