We are informed that the order of winding up of the Petitioner - company has been passed by the Company Court, and an Official Liquidator has taken over its charge, and an application has been filed by the Official Liquidator for substituting his name in the place of Petitioner. Hence, the petition has become infructuous on account of subsequent event. Hence, writ petition is disposed of in view of the subsequent events.

In view of disposal of the petition, Chamber Summons No. 97 of 2015 filed therein does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
