Mr D'Souza on instructions confirms that all the documents that his client seeks to place before the respondents have already been tendered. Any further documents that are desired to be placed will be placed by Tuesday, 28th November 2017. There will be no extension of time. The petitioner will not be allowed to make an application for further time to produce documents. On the documents and representations filed by that date, the 2nd respondent, the Assistant Assessor and Collector, will consider the petitioner's representations as to property tax and pass a reasoned order within 10 days, i.e., by 12th December 2017. If the final decision is against the petitioner, no coercive action will be taken for a period of two weeks thereafter, since there is a provision for 24th November 2017

The 2nd respondent will decide petitioner's representation uninfluenced by the impugned order which is quashed and set aside. 3.
