Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The applicant - original respondent no.11 is entitled to take inspection of the following documents from the petitioner on Tuesday, 30th January, 2018 in the High Court premises in the presence of the lawyers:

nmw-522-17 (a) Commencement Certificate (b) IOD (c) Zero FSI plan approved by the Municipal Corporation (d) Property Card.

After getting inspection, within one week thereafter the applicant would get the agreement registered before the concerned Sub Registrar. On execution of the agreement, payment of rent compensation clause will be applicable.
