Heard. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for Slum Rehabilitation Authority that the Petitioners have already approached the High Power Committee appointed by this Court, which has to consider and decide Petitioners' appeal. In the circumstances he submits that this petition deserves to be disposed of by directing High Power Committee to decide Petitioners' appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that the appeal is pending before High Power Committee since 2012 but till date there is no progress in the matter. Keeping in view the aforesaid position, we are inclined to dispose of the petition by directing High Power

2 of 2 WP.1017.2015 Committee before whom Petitioners' appeal is pending, to consider said appeal as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
