In our view, this Court while exercising our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot grant reliefs as claimed by the Petitioner and the Petitioner will have to take out an appropriate proceeding before the appropriate Court. Hence, writ petition is dismissed and is accordingly disposed of.
