For the reasons set out in that order, the Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), which read thus: "(a) That a Legal Heirship Certificate may be granted to the Petitioners thereby certifying that (1) Jamshed Hormazdiar Desai and (2) Dinci Nadir Karanjia as mentioned in Paragraph No. 2 are the recognized legal heirs of the deceased Hormazdiar Jamshedji Desai. "
