The Judge's order is sought by the Applicant Aditya Kanji Parmar, who was a minor, and accordingly, this court had directed deposit of the amount in his name and directed the Accounts Officer to invest the amount in Fixed Deposit of a Nationalised Bank till he attained the age of majority. The Applicant has now attained the age of majority. A certificate of birth of the Applicant is annexed to the affidavit in support of the Judge's order. Also annexed is a Certificate of Balance issued by the Accounts Officer. In the premises, a separate Judge's order is signed in that behalf.
