1. In view of the fact that Suit No. 19 is a companion suit in Summary Suit no. 18 of 2009, this Chamber Summons is taken out by the plaintiff no. 2 seeking amendment to the plaint as per schedule annexed. Mr. Parikh learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that amendments are formal and necessary in view of the amendment to the Copyright Act. In the circumstances it does not change the cause of action.

2. Learned counsel for the defendant has no objection in the amendment being granted. In the circumstances I pass following order : (i) Chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause(a) and (b). (ii) Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and amended copy of the plaint to be served to the defendants, Advocate forthwith thereafter.

(iii) Chamber Summons disposed in the above terms.
