Have heard the counsel and also considered the affidavit in support. For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the self operative order dated 5th May, 2015 is recalled and the petition is restored to file.

The notice of motion accordingly stands disposed. Since the citations is also required to be issued, time to remove office objections is extended upto and including 15th March, 2017. It is made clear that if by that date the office objections are not removed, the petition will stand dismissed without further reference to this court.
