By this application, the applicant / original plaintiff No.2 seeks amendment of the cause title to incorporate a new address of defendant No.11 as provided in the Schedule annexed to the application. A further prayer is made to issue fresh summons to defendant No.11 on the latest and correct address.

It is stated in the application that the building in which defendant No.11 was residing was demolished and that applicant is now aware of the correct address where defendant No.11 is residing. 3.

In view of the statements made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows:- by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date:

Amendment be carried out within one week from today. 5.

Consequently, fresh summons shall be issued to defendant No.11, returnable on 11.12.2023. Re-verification is dispensed with. 6.
