At the outset, Mr.Vinod Kumar seeks leave to amend the prayer clause-(b). Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Heard the counsel Vinod Kumar for the applicant. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, in my view, this is a fit case for permitting service by way of substituted service as per the provisions of order 5 Rule 20 of Code of Civil Procedure.

Accordingly, prayer clauses-(a) and (b) are granted. Chamber summons accordingly allowed.
