Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, in our considered view, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the State Government or the Officer designated by the State Government, to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 13th June 2011 [Exhibit-K page No. 57 to this petition] as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it is not already decided. Ordered accordingly.

Needless to mention that this Court has not at all gone into merits of the matter and has not expressed any opinion on any of the issues raised in the petition. 3.
