Ms.Nanavati, learned counsel for the plaintiffs tenders affidavit dated 16th July, 2019 signed by the plaintiff no.2 and affidavit notarized on 9th August,2019 filed by the plaintiff no.1 before the Notary Public Toronto, Canada. Both the parties have stated in the affidavits that they have arrived at consent terms which are annnexed at Ex.C-2 to the plaint. The said consent terms are duly signed by both the parties thereby agreeing for dissolution of their marriage. Consent terms annexed at Ex.C are taken on record. The affidavits filed by both the plaintiffs are taken on record. Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. No order as to costs.
