The petitioner is seeking a direction for out of turn priority for final hearing of his appeal filed in January before the first respondent. If the petitioner wants out of turn priority to be given for hearing of his appeal, he will have to make an application before the first respondent in that behalf. We are sure that if such application is made, the first respondent will consider the same in accordance with law.
