The Chamber Summons is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Let the Miscellaneous Petition be placed for final hearing at the stage of admission, as ordered by this Court in its order dated 3 May 2016.
