This Motion has been taken out for condonation of nine days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order dated 11st December 2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. Sanjeev Shukla, Assistant Commissioner of Customs CRC-I (NS-III) JNCH dated 14th August 2018 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order.
