The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner 1 / 2 July 4, 2018

901-WP-2773-14.doc states that the Advocate for the Petitioner tried to contact the Petitioner, but the contact could not be established. Prayer in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for directing the Municipal Corporation to take action on the basis of the notice issued in December 2013. We are not sure whether the prayer will survive with the passage of time. Hence, we dispose of the Petition.
