1. By ad-interim order dated 26 th September, 2012, the court observed thus;

"The matter was argued at great length by the learned senior counsel appearing for the parties.

2. At this stage, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents, after taking instructions from Mr. Aditya Parikh,who is the son of the Director, and who has taken telephonic instructions from the Director, makes a statement that his clients would not sell, alienate or create third party Digitally signed by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

two weeks' prior notice to the petitioner. Statement is accepted.

3. Affidavit-in-reply to be filed on or before 10th October, 2012. Rejoinder, if any, on or before 19th October, 2012.

4. Matter to be placed on Board for hearing at the Admission stage on 25thOctober, 2012."

2. Thereafter it appears that on 6 th April, 2015 when this petition was heard, the order dated 26 th September, 2012, the court continued the ad-interim statement till further orders. The date of order was corrected on 15 th September, 2015. Accordingly as on date statement continues.

3. Both parties have now agreed that statement may continue till the reference is complete and the award, if any, is passed.

4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed in terms of statement dated th September, 2012.
