The learned counsel for the applicant submits that they have already filed additional affidavit of the plaintiff in support of execution application dated 02.09.2017 in the Registry for transferring the execution application to the District Court, Raigarh, Chhatisgarh State on the ground that defendants do not have any property within the jurisdiction of this Court and also the defendants are residing in Chhatisgarh State. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in para 2 of their additional affidavit dated 02.09.2017, following order is passed:

Office is directed to take appropriate steps for transferring the decree dated 14.05.2010 for execution to the District Court, Raigarh, Chhatisgarh State on compliance of the plaintiff all the procedure to that effect within 8 weeks from today.
