DATE : 7th JULY, 2022 P.C:- By this interim application, the applicant (original respondent no.3) seeks amendment in the cause title of the petition and also seeks

KVM 2/2 1 - IA 2372 OF 2021.doc recall and more particularly paragraph (6) of the order dated 23rd August, 2021 passed by this Court thereby disposing of the writ petition filed by the original petitioner.

Learned counsel for the applicant invited our attention to the paragraph (6) of the said order dated 23rd August, 2021 and submits that the respondent no.3 management is not liable to pay the arrears of any subsistence allowance and thus the said directions issued by this Court is required to be modified.

We have perused the directions issued by this Court on 23rd August, 2021 which states that the management to pay the arrears of subsistence allowance, if any, not paid since the date of order of suspension till date within the period prescribed. 4.

No case is made out for modification of the order passed by this Court.

Interim application is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
