Ms.V.S.Avasare 2nd Assistant to Court Receiver present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 11.10.2017 P.C.:- Mr.Godse appearing for petitioner submits that the court receiver be discharged without passing of account. Mr.Godse states that petitioner shall pay, within two weeks of receiving a communication from the court receiver, any deficit charges of the office of the court receiver and if petitioner does not pay, the advocate on record will pay. Mr.Jain for respondent no.3 has no objection.

Court receiver is discharged without passing of account. Court Receiver's report accordingly disposed. Court Receiver to KJ

CRR188.17-3 hand over possession of the truck with all original papers if they are in possession of the court receiver to respondent no.3 in the chamber summons.
