By this interim application the Award Holder seeks amendment to the Column J of the Execution Application to delete reference to property and incorporate fresh particulars as provided in the schedule to the interim application.

Heard learned counsel for the parties. Accordingly I pass the following order :

(i) Interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
