Heard. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai in Revision Application No.268/2013 allowing the respondent's application directing the petitioner to admit the respondent as a member in the Society in respect of Garage No.12 u/s.22(2) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Both the counsel submit that the matter is settled out of court. They tendered consent minutes of order dated 20.02.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are ready and willing to admit respondent No.3 as a Basavraj G Patil 1/2

15.2196.16-wp nominal member in respect of garage No.G-12 and to make entry in their record. He submits that the said decision is taken by the society after passing resolution in the Managing committee meeting held on 14.02.2017. Statement is accepted.

The minutes of order dated 20.02.2107 are taken on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Secretary Sucheta M. Chudawala is present in court on behalf of the society. The learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that the respondent No.3 Suresh Nanikram Daryanani is present in court. Both of them admitted execution of the minutes of order. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the minutes of order.
