Heard learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner. 2.

By this application, the applicant is seeking post grant amendment of Letters of Administration issued on 29th May, 2023. 3.

It is stated that there were inadvertent errors in the schedule filed along with the original petition and hence the applicant seeks permission to correct the said errors.

In the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows : "(a) That the Petitioner be allowed to carry out amendment in the Schedule of Grant of Letters of Administration dated 30th May, 2023 and in the Schedule-I of Petition as per the Schedule annexed at Exhibit 'B'.

(b) Further allow to carry out any other consequential Shrikant Malani

The amendment be carried out within one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.
