There was an ad-interim order dated 19th September 2016. The Defendants have since then entered appearance. On 25th October 2016, I granted the Defendants time to file a reply, the Plaintiffs time for a Rejoinder and directed that the matter be listed today.

There is no Affidavit in Reply. The Defendants have not sought any extension of time for filing a Reply. If the Defendants choose not to avail the opportunity given to them, they are solely responsible for the consequences.

The ad-interim order dated 19th September 2016 is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion. 4.
The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms with costs. In addition, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to recover the actual costs of this Notice of Motion at the time of final hearing of the Suit.
