Learned Counsel appearing for the University, on the basis of the written instructions dated 21 August 2015, pointed out that the Petitioner after revaluation obtained 48 marks in the subject of Law of Evidence and after amendment her result is declared as "Passed the Fifth Year LL.B/BLS (Five Year Course) (Sem-X) examination held in April 2015 in Second Class". A copy of the letter dated 21 August 2015 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of this, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Petition.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. However, we are inclined to record the statement of the learned Counsel appearing for the University that the amended Statement of marks will be given to the Petitioner within one week from today.
