By the above Chamber Summons, the Applicant / Defendant seeks the following reliefs :

"(a) That the Plaintiff / Respondent be directed to forthwith or within such time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper :

(i) Disclose and discover by way of an Affidavit the documents set out in Schedule-A annexed hereto ; (ii) Give inspection of the documents so disclosed in the Affidavit within one week thereof."

(b) That the time for filing the Written Statement by the Applicant / Original Defendant be extended till eight weeks after the disposal of this Chamber Summons."

The learned Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff on instructions states that the Plaintiff is willing to give inspection of all the documents referred to and relied upon by the Plaintiff in the above Suit and the copies of the same shall also be given to the Advocate for the Applicant / Defendant. The statement is accepted and no further directions are required to be passed. 3.

Time to file the Written Statement is extended upto 30th April, 2016.
