Learned counsel appearing for the Society-Respondent makes a statement that the State has already disposed of the main Revision Application filed by the petitioner which was pending. This Revisional order has been challenged by the petitioner in an independent writ petition, which is pending before the learned Single Judge.

In view of this situation we are inclined to continue the interim protection granted earlier, for a period of 2 weeks from today, to

This Petition is accordingly disposed of.
