The petitioners herein, who are the original Respondent Nos.1 to 3 in Writ Petition No.1892 of 2018, are seeking modification of the order passed by the Division Bench on 23rd July 2018. The petitioners-the original respondent Nos.1 to 3/employees express reservation as regards entitlement of the original petitioner to claim the retiral benefits and the monetary benefits. This Court, while delivering the order, has directed the respondent No.1 to disburse the retiral and monetary benefits to the original petitioner, as permissible in Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

903 rpw-62-2018-wp-1892-2018.doc law. The order passed by us on 23rd July 2017 is a self-explanatory order and no further clarification is required to be issued. The review petition seeking modification of the order dated 23rd July 2018 is devoid of substance.

The Review Petition is, therefore, rejected.
