This Chamber Summons is taken out by the plaintiff seeking permission to annex schedule to the affidavit of documents filed by the plaintiff. Mr. Kanade submitted that schedule annexed

3-CST-183-2017 to the affidavit of documents is part of Testamentary Petition. He submitted that inadvertently schedule to the affidavit and documents remained to be annexed.
