CORAM : SHANTANU KEMKAR & R.G. KETKAR, JJ.

DECEMBER 12, 2017 P.C.:

Challenging the order dated 01/06/2017 passed by the first rspondent, petitioner has filed this petition. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of this petition, the impugned order has been complied with by respondent no. 2 State Government and as such, petition does not survive. 2.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the fact that the information sought for by respondent no. 3 has already been supplied to him by

hvn 905-wp-2969.2017 respondent no. 2, in our considered view nothing survives in this petition. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. Needless to say that supply of said information by the State Government pursuant to the impugned order will not affect the petitioner's right to contend that the impugned order is without jurisdiction. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, Petition is disposed of. (R.G. KETKAR, J.) (SHANTANU S. KEMKAR, J.)
