The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner in the suits which have been filed by the Petitioner in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. Rule discharged. Needless to state that the suits filed by the Petitioner in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai would be tried on their own merits and in accordance with law.
