Mr. Thorat, the Learned Counsel appearing for the

Rane * 2/2 * WRIT PETITION-2599-2017 (SR.916) Friday, 6.10.2017 petitioner states that the Director General of Health Sciences, has already filed petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court pointing out therein that the hundred of seats of Super Specialty are lying vacant and therefore permission be granted to fill in the said vacancy. 2.

We find that, it will be appropriate, that if the petitioner intervenes in the proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and seeks appropriate reliefs.
