The petitioner has challenged the Look-out Circular in the writ petition. In the interregnum, under the present application, the petitioner seeks leave to travel abroad. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that mother of the petitioner has to undergo surgery and the petitioner wants to travel to Karachi to be with her mother. 2.

In view of that, we pass the following order :

ORDER

I) The applicant/petitioner is permitted to travel overseas upto 18th September 2022. The petitioner shall comply with the following conditions :

904.IANo.33242022.doc (a) The petitioner shall fle with the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court a full itinerary of her overseas travel with all details, contact numbers etc.

(b) The petitioner shall disclose all her assets movable and immovable on affdavit to respondent No.3/bank and also place a copy of the same with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. (c) The Immigration Authorities at Mumbai Airport will permit the petitioner to pass through immigration and to board her fight irrespective of whether the immigration system has been updated and respondent No.3/Bank has informed the Immigration Authorities or not.

(d) We accept the petitioner's undertaking to return to India on 18th September 2022.

II) The petitioner, if requires permission of some other forum, may take the permission as may be permissible under law.

III) The Look-out Notice in question will not come in the way of the petitioner going overseas upto 18th September 2022.

The interim application is disposed of.

All the concerned will act on production of a digitally signed copy of this order.
