Pursuant to an order dated 24th September, 2018 passed by this Court, the learned prospective arbitrator has filed the statement of disclosure dated 3rd October, 2018. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and is accepted. 2.
Mr.Cyrus Bharucha, a counsel of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator in all these matters. The fees and expenses of the learned prospective arbitrator shall be borne by both the parties equally at the first instance.

All the above arbitration applications are disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
