By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 4 years and 209 days in filing affidavit of proof. 2.

Though the delay is not fully and satisfactorily explained in the affidavit in support of the company application, in the interest of justice and on payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- to be made by the applicant to the learned Official Liquidator, which amount shall be used for the office expenses of the office of Official Liquidator, I am 1/2

The delay of 4 years and 209 days is condoned. The applicant is directed to pay costs of Rs.25,000/- to the Official Liquidator within four weeks from today, without fail, which shall be used for the office expenses of the office of Official Liquidator. 4.
