The petitioners are aggrieved by the notice dated 4th July 2018 issued under Section 53 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act. Admittedly, the petitioners have not filed reply to the said notice. 2.

In the facts, we are of the opinion that the petitioners shall file reply to the notice issued by the authority of the Corporation within one week. On receiving such reply, the Corporation authority would verify the record and take appropriate decision by passing a reasoned order within four weeks. The order be communicated to the petitioners.

In the meantime till a decision is taken and communicated, the Corporation shall maintain status-quo.

Keeping all contentions open, the petitions stand disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
