As the instructions are received and though this Appeal was admitted on 13th April 2015, we grant leave to the Revenue to withdraw this Appeal but by clarifying that the substantial question of law on which the Appeal is admitted shall be decided in a more appropriate case. The contentions with regard thereto of both sides are kept open.
