Heard.

Mr. Sawant, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the statement made by the Corporation in paragraphs 12 and 16 of the affidavit dated 19th December, 2014, the grievance of the petitioners would not survive. It is stated that since the Municipal Corporation has directed the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) to decide the matter only in regard to the demolition of the four upper floors of the building and since the ground floor shops and structures are retained, the petitioners are not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
