Mr.Tamboly, learned Counsel for Defendant nos.1 to 5 on instructions of Defendant no.3 who is present in the Court, makes a statement that an amount of Rs.25,36,894/- would be paid to the applicants/plaintiffs within a period of six weeks from today. Statement is accepted. This shall also be the undertaking to the Court on behalf of defendant nos.1 to 5. 2.
In view of the above statement as made on behalf of defendant nos.1 to 5, Mr.Cama, learned Counsel for the applicants submits that this chamber summons would not require any further adjudication. The Chamber summons is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to observe that the amount of Rs.25,36,894/- would be adjusted towards the decreetal dues. The applicants/plaintiffs will inform the Advocate for defendant nos.1 to 5, the name in whose favour the cheque would be required to be issued by defendant nos.1 to 5, which be informed within one week from today.

List the other pending chamber summons on 5 January 2020. 5.
In the meantime, learned Counsel for the parties shall make an endeavour to resolve the disputes, failing which the parties shall place before the Court the areas of disagreement which would be discussed on the adjourned date of hearing.
