Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is to dispose of this Petition, by directing Respondent No. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representations dated 4th August, 2015 (Exhibit "H") & dated 21st October, 2015 (Exhibit "I"). 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's Vishal Parekar 1/2
