This notice of motion seeks expedition of the suit. Plaintiff No.1, who is one of the main contesting parties, is over 85 years of age. Even the other main contesting party, i.e. Defendant No.1, appears to be about 77 years old. In the premises, the application is made for expeditious hearing of the suit. In the facts narrated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the notice of motion is allowed by expediting the suit. The suit to come up on board on 29 June 2017 for framing of issues.
