It is not in dispute that the petition filed by the petitioner is pending in the Delhi High Court. Therefore, in our view, it is always open for the petitioner to seek the same relief which is sought in that petition by filing an application/notice of motion in the pending petition. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. The petition is disposed of.
