Mr. Taly, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the arbitral tribunal has already published an award dated 16 October, 2020. The present petition is arising out of the interim order dated 13 August, 2019 passed by the arbitral tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In view of the award published by the arbitral tribunal, nothing would survive for adjudication in the present petition.

All contentions of the parties on the award as published by the arbitral tribunal are expressly kept open.
