Having heard both sides and finding that in the garb of review petition, what the petitioners are seeking is a rehearing of the case. In the garb of review petition, the petitioners cannot urge that some materials, which ought to have been looked into and considered, may now be considered. That alone is not enough to exercise review jurisdiction. The parameters of the same are laid down in section 114 read with Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code J.V.Salunke,PA
