Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons stated in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to the Defendants paying cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Plaintiff. The learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions, undertakes to pay cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
